Sourcing fee terms

Before substantive sourcing starts, we provide a versioned agreement for your business to review and accept.

Our default sourcing fee is 10% of the qualifying agreed transaction value, minimum £1,000, plus applicable fee taxes. We invoice you separately when a qualifying purchase order or supply agreement is confirmed.

Your individual agreement records the fee basis, currency, any conversion of the GBP minimum, applicable fee taxes and payment deadline. Negotiated rates, exemptions or adjustments require written agreement.

Your reviewed agreement defines qualifying transactions, repeat orders, proportionate non-circumvention protection, cancellation, disputes and service-provider obligations. If these details have not been provided, sourcing remains paused.

You contract with and pay the supplier directly. Source It For Me never handles product payments or supplier deposits and does not buy, resell, manufacture or ship the goods.

A legally reviewed agreement has not yet been configured. No sourcing fee agreement can be accepted until it is approved.
